'Sid and Twinkle the elves were very friendly, welcoming and funny. Santa and Mrs Claus dealt with my daughter giving santa some money from her money box for an expensive present she had asked for (and not getting) very well, she left understanding that she won't get one this year but maybe next year which was a great relief for me! Everything was run very smoothly with no waiting around and a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you for all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to organise these events.'

'I just wanted to send an email to say thank you to your staff for making a stressful visit that little bit easier today. I visited Santa with my 5 year old autistic child today, who quickly became extremely dysregulated (it's an issue that we deal with regularly that's suddenly become a lot more difficult to handle lately). Everyone was so understanding and patient, especially the elves Sid and Twinkle. I ended up having to physically carry my child to the car and then struggled to get them into their car seat. Sid saw me struggling and offered help. My child instantly calmed down enough to allow me to finally strap them in safely whilst holding Sid’s hand. This is the first time someone has ever offered help when they've seen me struggling with my child, and it honestly means so much. In our little world, where everything can seem so overwhelming at times, it's nice to know there are people who understand without judgment.'
