Service Description
Step into the magic of the season and make your child’s Christmas dreams come true with a visit to our enchanting Santa’s Grotto! On the weekends of 14th-15th and 21st-22nd December, children will have the opportunity to meet Santa Claus himself in his cosy grotto. Santa will personally greet each child, listen to their Christmas wishes, and surprise them with a special gift — a charming trinket and some delicious sweets! This magical experience is the perfect way to create lasting memories with your little ones during the festive season.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or change the date or time of the booking then please do so with as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment. We will do our best to rearrange the session, however we cannot guarantee this will be possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded unless its an extreme case where we will use our discretion. All under 16s need to be accompanied with an adult of 21 or over at all times unless stated in the advertising. If this is the case the all parents or guardians must be contactable all the time and it is your responsibility to make us aware of any medical, dietary or other conditions or restrictions before any activity takes place. Any child left on site after the collection time (normally 10 minutes) and without an acceptable reason, (which will be at our discretion) will be charged at our standard rate. We accept no responsibility for damage or theft from vehicles or property of any nature. This is a green field site so please respect this and take all litter home with you and help us to look after our site for the future. When driving on and off the site this is done at your own risk. If you are parked not in a hard standing area and get stuck we will help as much as possible but this ultimately will be the drivers responsibility to resolve. We accept no responsibility if any damage occurs during us helping or towing a vehicle. No food or drink is to be sold on site without prior permission. No amplified music can be used on site without permission. Challenge 25 will be in place when there is the sale of any alcohol. By purchasing a ticket/tickets you are consenting to all ticket holders images being taken via video or photographic means and for Made-Well CIC, Made-Well Events or any affiliated companies using these images for marketing and advertising purposes. If images are taken to be sold then this will be advertised at the event along with the Photographic Companies contact details. If you do not agree to this then you need to make this clear to the event manager or other company management staff working at the event. They may be loud music used in our events. If ear protection is needed then we advise to bring this along
